Terms of Service
Course Fees and Registration:
The course fees includes all necessary classroom reading materials, certificate of completion, and applicable course tour. We accept checks made payable to New York Mold License Training, Inc., or Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Many courses have limited enrollment and fill quickly. Register early to ensure your place in this program. A minimum of a 50% deposit is required to register. The balance is due on the first day of the class.
Cancellations and Refunds:
NYMLT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course for any reason, including insufficient enrollment. Please note: all refunds are subject to a $18 fee due to credit card use fees.
To receive a refund, email us at least 5 business days prior to the course start date. If course cancellation request is received in less than 5 business days a service charge of $75 will be deducted from your total payment. However, substitutions and transfers to a subsequent course are permitted up to one day prior to scheduled class. Cancellations on the first day of class will not be refunded.
No section of these Terms will be affected by a change of instructor, nor will refunds be granted in the event of a change of instructor.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all liability of NYMLT, its directors, employees, agents representatives and partners howsoever arising for any loss suffered as a result of your use of the services is expressly excluded, save that, if a court of competent jurisdiction determines that liability of NYMLT, its directors, employees, agents representatives and partners has arisen, the total of such liability shall be limited to the lesser of (i) the amount paid, if any, by you to NYMLT in connection with the services in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise or liability or (ii) in aggregate to one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
